Subscription Plans and Rates
- Subscription rates to the weekly reports of construction leads are based on the quantity of areas subscribed.
- Choose the quantity of weekly areas you wish to receive and select a billing plan (described below) to determine your rate.
- Regular weekly reports include commercial and residential listings. Subscription to any weekly report (regular or commercial only) includes monthly and quarterly summaries and planning board agendas (where applicable) at no additional charge.
- Subscribers who do not wish to sign an annual agreement pay the basic quarterly rate. Subscribers who wish to subscribe for a year can pay in advance and receive a 15% discount (from the basic quarterly rate) or pay quarterly and receive a 10% discount.
